Shipping Policy:

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently, we only ship to US and Canada. Please note that additional fees and longer shipping times may apply for Canada orders.

 

Return Policy:

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We may charge 10% restocking fee for large orders. 

Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?

A: Certain items such as personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
